Lighting Impact On Your Wedding...
by Joe Snell on 04/12/11
Lighting is one aspect of your Wedding that can have a huge impact. While Lighting is often forgotten, it is one of the most important pieces to having awesome photos!
Lighting transforms a room, whether thru color or small accents...or maybe your looking for a garden feel to your Wedding.
Lighting can do it....and not break the bank!
Lighting packages normally start out around $600 and can go as high as $10,000+
But, realistically when looking at a Lighting package with Central Arkansas Entertainment, you can totally transform a room with Uplighting and Textures on the wall for around $1400.
With a package of this size you will seriously give your room a make-over! It will put the Wow! Factor into your room....and isn't that what we all want.
For our guests to walk in saying....WOW! this is the most beautiful Wedding I've ever seen.
Lighting is the first seen thing when walking into a room....almost subconsciously Lighting can change the feel and mood for the Event, taking it from drab, dull or dark to alive, fresh and breath taking!
The impact on your photos is unbelievable, taking your photos from colorless to popping and full of life!
Lighting is the one factor....while often forgotten.......that can have the biggest impact on the feel of your Wedding!
Big John Miller Band-PhotoShoot
by Joe Snell on 12/01/10
We had a great time at the PhotoShoot for the Big John Miller Band today! They are unleashing their "Hot" New Look to be aired on KARK 4 during PrimeTime!
This new look is aimed at clients who are looking for something new and fresh for their Event, with Big John's "Four Piece" Horn Section and New Playlists! Talking with Big John today, his words were "while we play Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, as well as the Funk & R&B...we can also break down some AC/DC and Justin Timberlake"!
Get ready...because they are Hotter than ever and are coming to an Event near you!

November 13th 2010 Wheeler Wedding.....Junior League of Little Rock
by Joe Snell on 11/16/10
From the Lighting to the Floral to the Photobooth, this was a wedding never to be forgotten! The color scheme was navy's with a eclectic floral feel, the room glowed blue to tie it all together. It was truly a joy being part of such a breath taking wedding! See below for comments from the Wedding Planner that night! Joe-Once again, thank you for doing such a great job for Jenna and Julian. The lighting made the room look gorgeous, the photo booth was a great success ( Amy and I even did it), and you were exceptional. We enjoyed every minute working with your entire crew. A Beautiful Wedding with CAE....Arkansas Arts Center
by Joe Snell on 11/12/10
It was Summer of 2010 and a group of experienced Wedding Vendors converged for one of the Weddings that would never be forgotten. Central Arkansas Entertainment handled the Lighting with a beautiful upwash of Fuschia going up the walls and multiples of Textured Lights running perpendicular along the long walls in a Budding Branch Pattern Gobo. This Budding Branch Pattern running along the long walls gave contrast and depth in the room for a photographers dream shot!
This made for breat taking pictures by Photography by Melisa. Wedding Coordinator Valerie Linker with Valerie Linker Weddings was stellar in organizing and bringing it all together and Simply The Best Catering had their scrumptious gourmet delectables!

A Beautiful Fall Wedding...
by Joe Snell on 11/12/10Ok, so normally when we think of Fall Weddings outdoors, there is always the risk of it being bitter cold or those strong Arkansas winds whipping thru and causing a mess of everything! This past weekend November 6th 2010 was probably one of the most beautiful weekends ever seen in Arkansas during November. With the sun warming our faces and a slight breeze on our back, the guests slowly made their way to the Marlsgate Plantation and took their seats for the Ceremony of Krystina & Cullen. I started playing violin for the PRelude about thirty minutes before "go" time and everyone sat patiently and waited. It was a breathtaking Ceremony, oh what a beautiful and sweet couple! Then as soon as the Ceremony was over we went under the Tent for the Reception, where I DJ'd for the newlyweds and guests and everyone had a great time! Thank you to David and your wonderful team at Marlsgate for always making it so nice! We at CAE love working with you!
